The 30 songs in this collection were mostly collected by Philippe Blouët
and other members of the Cercle Celtique de Questemebrt during the 70’s
and early 80’s.
For the next generations
Without all this work, part of our oral heritage would have been lost for
ever. But although the collecting and conservation of the material are essential,
it is equally important to be able to pass the songs on to the present day
and future generations.
A book and a CD
This is the reason for the publication of this collection and CD by the
association ANDON. We hope that you will discover or rediscover the singing
tradition of our region, and that you will help to pass it on.
