Alain
Pennec has been promoting celtic music for the last 30 years through his
instrumental playing (bombarde, bagpipes, diatonic accordion), his teaching,
and the many recordings he has made.
He has gradually evolved a personal musical style from all these experiences
which he presents in solo concerts.
Alain has a deep understanding of the music from which he takes his inspiration
; he brings his tunes to life with a perfect technique ; he refuses to compromise,
or to copy ; he simply plays.
He plays for an audience with whom he can share pleasure and emotion.
His solo concert of traditional music and compositions is a moment of discovery
and conviviality.
